How can i place my order/time?
You can place your order in two different ways
-online ordering (24hrs) Please note pending time of order delivery could be next day
-by telephone at 705 593 2564 (8AM-8PM) 7 days a week.
What information do I need to place an order?
Recipient Information (name of person being delivered to)
1. Name of person or family
2. Address
3. Telephone number

We need to ensure there is someone to accept the delivery due to the nature of the bouquet
We will contact the recipient by telephone in the evening or day before delivery expected pending when we received your order
4. Enclosure card (What message you would like written on the enclosure card

NOTE: SYMPATHY BOUQUETS, we understand that this is a difficult time for everyone.
We will contact the recipient for a suitable day/time for the delivery that will be convenient for them
How long will a bouquet last?
Due to the nature of the bouquet we always recommend enjoying it right away. Any uneaten fruits should be removed from the skewers and placed in an air tight container/sealed bag and refrigerated 24-36hrs. Each bouquet comes with a recipe to create your own fruit salad.
I RECEIVED A BOX OF CHOCOLATE COVERED STRAWBERRIES. HOW LONG WILL THEY LAST?
BEST TO CONSUME DAY OF (strawberries do not do well in a moisture environment or heat)
The strawberries may sweat in the box after time and cause to mold.
How much notice is needed for a bouquet?
One day notice is always appreciated. Same day delivery may be available pending on time/manner order was placed and type of bouquet. For larger orders and during peak Holidays (Christmas, Valentines and Mother's day) two days notice is sometimes needed for us to assure all products are available to create your bouquet.
Do you offer custom bouquets?
We do offer custom bouquets. If you see something special you like that is not offered on our site or changes you would like to make please call us and we will do our best to accomodate you.
Do you offer delivery?
We do offer delivery anywhere in the City of Greater Sudbury and surrounding areas. Please go to home
and click on delivery rates. If your city is not listed please contact us and we may be able to accomodate you.
Allergies/Safety
We cannot guarantee our products will not be in contact with nuts.
Most of our arrangements are created on skewers and young children should be supervised when handling the fruits on the skewer (it is best to remove the fruits from the skewer).
Can I pick up my order? (order must be placed before pickup)
All bouquets are created just before delivery/pickup
