All credit card or payment type will be done by telephone when you place your order by telephone or on our check out page.

 

How can i place my order/time?

You can place your order by

-shopping cart online

-offline by calling us at telephone at 705 593 2564 (8AM-8PM) 7 days a week

 

What information do I need when placing an order by telephone?

Sender Information (person placing the order)

Name 

Contact telephone number (it is best to put a telephone number that you can be reached anytime)

Email address

Name of bouquet

Price of bouquet (not including taxes and delivery)

Pickup or Delivery

(during weekends/holidays or birthdays it is best to make sure the recipient will not be out of town day of delivery).

 

Recipient Information (name of person being delivered to)

Name of person or family

Telephone number NEEDED TO FULFILL THE ORDER ON TIME

home or a cellphone, we need to ensure there is someone to accept the delivery due to the nature of the bouquet

NOTE:  SYMPATHY BOUQUETS, we understand that this is a difficult time for everyone.  

We will contact the recipient for a suitable day/time for the delivery that will be convenient for them

How long will a bouquet last?

Due to the nature of the bouquet we always recommend enjoying it right away.  Any uneaten fruits should be removed from the skewers and placed in an air tight container/sealed bag and refrigerated 24-36hrs. Each bouquet comes with a recipe to create your own fruit salad.

 

How much notice is required to order a bouquet?

One day advance notice is always appreciated.  Same day delivery may be available pending on time/manner order was placed and type of bouquet.  For larger orders and during peak Holidays (Christmas, Valentines and Mother's day) two days notice is sometimes needed for us to assure all products are available to create your bouquet.

 

Do you offer custom bouquets?

We do offer custom bouquets.  If you see something special you like that is not offered on our site or changes you would like to make please call us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

 

Do you offer delivery?

We do offer delivery anywhere in the City of Greater Sudbury (if your area is not listed once you are placing your order please call as you may not have your order fulfilled and a 3% fee will be deducted from your refund if it is out of our area for delivery

Once you have filled out info you should be able to see add delivery rates and see if you are listed.  If your city is not listed please contact us at 705 593 2564 before continuing to cart and we may be able to accommodate you.

 

Allergies/Safety

We cannot guarantee our products will not be in contact with nuts.

Most of our arrangements are created on skewers and young children should be supervised when handling the fruits on the skewer (it is best to remove the fruits from the skewer).

 

Can I pick up my order? (order must be placed before pickup)

All bouquets are created just before delivery/pickup

Instructions on Pick Up Orders

Once you have placed your order and made arrangements for a pick up day/time here are the steps to follow

1- Call us 10 minutes prior to arrival 

2- 5 Minutes after your confirmed arrival we will then bag your order and place in our pick up box up front         

3.  On arrival Ring our door bell Just above the pick up box and state your name (no need to wait for our reply)

4. Open box make sure your name or name of person it is for is on the bouquet on the bag.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO CANCEL MY ORDER ONCED PLACED?

Yes you can a partial charge of 3% administration fee will be held back from your full refund

If we made a mistake no cancelation fee will be charged.

Can I sell your products in my established business?

We do accept applications to join our team.

Our products cannot be shipped from city to city, but we do work with highly reputable established businesses in cities to help fill our orders.
