If you place an order online for Pick up or Delivery your order will be fulfilled on our next open business day providing we have all information on the order. We will give the recipient a call evening before to ensure someone will be at the address you provided to accept the delivery.
Keep in mind we always call the recipient night before delivery all year round.
In the summer months (the recipient may have left to be at their cottage or on holidays out of town this can also make changes to the delivery day).
None of the bouquets are made in advance and will only be created a couple hours before delivery!
